We tried to check in half an hour early and got sent back onto the street until 2 without any explanation. No towel chan Positive: Location was okay Negative: Unhelpful staff

Positive: Location but lower floors gwt a lot of road and garbage truck noise. Negative: No hot water for 5 days, and after complaining they tried fixing it but it still required lots of mucking around (20min) to get it to recognise I wanted hot water. I should have been offerred another room but even that was not an option.i would have preferred a full refund and go somewhere else. The dining table in 309 is a br stool table. For anyone trying to work from here it is uncomfortable. The outdoor setting was covered in dirt, you would not sit on it.

Positive: Wonderful location and very nice rooms. Negative: The hot water didn't always come through hot for a shower.

Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos, mais bruyant, quand bien même ne donne-t-il pas directement sur la rue. Positive: L’emplacement et la propreté de l’appartement Negative: Les bruits extérieurs à partir de 4h00 du matin, qui sont insupportables (container à verre, camions poubelles etc.). Les fenêtres de l’appartement paraissent isolantes, alors qu’elles ne le sont pas du tout. Le dernier jour de notre séjour, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude, ce qui n’a pas semblé émouvoir plus que ça la réceptionniste, qui n’a pas eu un moindre mot d’excuse à notre endroit.
