Outstanding apartment Positive: Beautiful apartment. Perfectly set up for two friends. Spectacular views. Very functional little kitchen. Location was great, central to everything. So nice to be opposite the market. Instructions on how to access keys for check-in after hours were very clear. Negative: Couldn't close the bedroom window, but this was probably operator error. Not actually an issue, having the fresh air was nice. A little bit of road noise, again not an issue for us but maybe would be if you were a light sleeper.

David and Lin stayed in touch the whole time and were perfect hosts. Positive: Loved being so high up and being a corner apartment. The view was amazing and close to everything ,especially the market . The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. Vegetable oil, salt and pepper were supplied. Negative: Nothing

Modern, comfortable ,great facilities and location Positive: The building was very new so the apartment was very modern, comfortable with great facilities. Location was good, opposite the market and China town, 10 to 15 minute walk to Rundle Mall Negative: My only suggestion is to make it clear that the apartment is on 18th floor with floor to ceiling windows on all outer walls for people afraid of heights. My partner has a height phobia and could not enter the apartment until all blinds were closed even then he never went anywhere near the windows,
