City 2BR Townhouse Adelaide CBD with Pool-Gym

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and shops. Loved it. Positive: The apartment was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Loved the bedrooms being on the top level which made it more comfortable and less noisy. Negative: Nothing really. Everything was great.

Had to contact the property owner to get them to organise a cleaner to come and clean the liquid off of the walls. Positive: The pool and gym were good Negative: The property wasn’t cleaned properly. The walls and blinds had dried liquids all over them and multiple black scuff marks all over walls with food crumbs on the couch. For the amount that you pay to stay at this property you would think the walls would be clean.

It was ok but not as expected. Positive: The location was very nice. I liked that there were two bedrooms and as many bathrooms. Negative: The property was not clean- I mean that there were stains on the couch and on the walls. I disliked that there were no curtains on the windows, and as the apartment was on the ground floor, the inside was visible from the street.

Positive: The location Communication with staff They agreed for a late check out Negative: Tha fact that no parking was available

Definitely would book again if back in Adelaide. Positive: Great location and had everything we needed for our stay including access to a pool and gym Negative: A few maintenance issues but owner contacted me to arrange to sort. A couple of other issues also need attention and one is the air conditioning unit in main bedroom rattles ?needs a service. Second bedroom appeared to be missing pillows. I would advise replacing pillows as very thin. Gate needs some attention as has dropped.
