Denis Positive: Great location and although the apartment was not large, it was more than comfortable and met our requirements. Close proximity to shopping, restaurants and bars. Negative: Nothing. Would have appreciated some additional coffee pods and milk.

lovely close-in modern unit, a couple of the internal facilities could do with a tweek. Positive: Great location, close to Rundle Mall, art gallery, museum, casino, Botanic Gardens. Lovely modern unit with views to Mt Lofty. Mostly fittings were adequate and serviceable. Gym is a plus. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, all top quality. Negative: We could get only one free to air TV station, ABC 24. How the microwave worked was a mystery to us. Needs a short summary of how to do standard stuff like "heat on full for five minutes"

Fabulous stay in the centre of Adelaide Positive: Fantastic location right behind Rundle Mall, best views from 17th floor, comfortable bed, great bathroom and kitchen. Very good communication with the owner, parking (at extra cost) well worth it. Negative: Nothing really except no bedside lamp in the main bedroom. Eventually we found a lamp in a cupboard. Would be big improvement to add a lamp to the cupboard above the bed.

Positive: Had everything we needed and was very clean. Great location! Can walk onto the mall in 2 mins. Beautiful views from the big balcony. Negative: Only thing I could fault was it was slightly small. A little squishy for our family of 5 but not terrible.
